Theresa “TMac” MacMillian
Theresa “TMac” MacMillian began her career with the Seattle Fire Department in 1998, quickly becoming known for her strength, compassion, and unwavering commitment to her crew and community. After graduating from recruit school, she was assigned to Engine 11, later serving at Engine 37 before returning to E11. Her journey continued with Ladder 9 at Station 17, followed by final assignments at Engine 6 and Engine 22, where she remained for the rest of her distinguished career.
